What is the best way to get to your hotel?
The easiest way to get to our hotel from Schiphol is to take a taxi from Schiphol, the cost is around 50 euros for a single ride to our hotel.
Another option, which is also easy, is to first take the train to Central Station and from there get a taxi. The total cost to go from Schiphol to Central Station and then to our B&B is about 20 euros, 5 euros for the train and then another 15 euros from the station to the hotel.
The third option is to take the train to Central Station and from there take the tram to Rembrandt Square. You must have lines 4 or 14, this departs from the east side of the station. If you get off at Rembrandt Square you must cross the square diagonally into Utrechtsestraat. Walk towards the canal and our hotel will be on your right hand side.
You can buy a single ticket for the tram or a public transport chip card for the entire stay, information about this can be obtained at an information desk in the Central Station.
Where can we park our car?
There are three parking garages close to the city centre, but these are quite expensive:
http://www.parkeren-amsterdam.com/parkeergarage-waterlooplein – 30 euro per day
http://www.parkeren-amsterdam.com/parkeergarage-stopera – 47,5 euro per day
http://www.parkking.nl/incl/parkeerthebank.html – 50 euro per day
A cheaper parking garage can be found right next to the Central Station, for more information about this you can visit the following website: http://www.parkingcentrumoosterdok.nl
The cost of this parking garage is 12 euros per 24 hours.
